RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS
  • Two (2) valid Philippine-issued IDs
  • Accomplished Buyer Information Sheet
  • Accomplished and signed Reservation Agreement
  • Reservation fee of Php 20,000
  • TIN number
  • Proof of Billing Address
ATTORNEY-IN-FACT REQUIREMENTS

For OFW/immigrants, please assign a relative as your Attorney-in-Fact (AIF). The AIF must submit the following:

  • Three (3) 1×1 photos
  • Two (2) valid Philippine-issued IDs
  • Proof of Billing Address or Barangay Certificate
  • Special Power of Attorney Form (Notarized/Consularized)
  • Latest Cedula
PROOF OF INCOME REQUIREMENTS*
  • Certificate of Employment with Compensation
  • Payslips (latest 3 months)
  • Latest Income Tax Return (ITR)
  • Bank Statements (latest 6 months)
  • Latest vouchers for 6 months
    (for commission-based employee)
*If married, both spouses are to submit these requirements.
SELF-EMPLOYED INCOME REQUIREMENTS
  • Business Permit
  • ITR with Financial Statement (latest 3 years)
  • Photo of Business Establishment
  • Bank Statements (latest 1 year)
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR OFWs
  • Photocopy of Passport
  • Job Contract (photocopy)
  • Passport stamp entries
  • Special power of attorney
DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS*
  • Three (3) 1×1 photos
  • Two (2) valid Philippine-issued IDs
  • Birth Certificate
  • Marriage Certificate (if married)
  • Proof of Billing Address or Barangay Certificate
  • Tax Identification Number (TIN)
  • Fifteen (15) post-dated checks
    • If you don’t have a checking account, developer can give a bank referral to open one with any of our accredited banks: BDO, Security Bank, AUB, and China Bank.
  • Latest Proof of Billing
  • Latest Cedula
