Sun & Earth Homes is a real estate developer with over forty years of experience in construction and design.
Together with our sister companies, Cavacon Corporation and Sunmix, we have built a trustworthy repertoire
in the industry—with quality design and construction at our core.

Established in 1975, Cavacon Corporation is classified by PCAB as Category “AAA” for General Engineering
and General Building. It is a leading contractor for government infrastructure and private building projects. Our
second sister company, Sunmix, is the flagship concrete brand of Sun & Earth. It has a solid reputation as a
provider of high quality, ready-mixed concrete and has two plants located in Governor’s Drive and Taguig City.
