Stonebridge Estates is built to house dreams and milestones for growing families. To make your journey to
your new home simple and convenient, you can choose from these financing options:
Spot Cash
Complete the full Total Contract Price (TCP) within the reservation month or
within 30 days from reservation date and get 5% off.
Pag-IBIG Financing
This financing option is accepted with a minimum downpayment of 20%,
which may be higher depending on your preferred property. Your
computation for the required Pag-IBIG equity and terms will be provided by
your sales agent.
Bank Financing
Loan a minimum 10% downpayment of the Total Contract Price and 90%
balance through our accredited banks: Banco de Oro (BDO), Security Bank,
Asia United Bank (AUB), and China Bank—at low interest rates.
We’ll help you every step of the way. Application for bank financing is developer-assisted. All you have to do is submit your requirements
within 60 days from reservation and complete your downpayment—our team will coordinate and process your bank housing loan.
