Stonebridge Estates is built to house dreams and milestones for growing families. To make your journey to 

your new home simple and convenient, you can choose from these financing options: 

Spot Cash

Complete the full Total Contract Price (TCP) within the reservation month or 

within 30 days from reservation date and get 5% off.

Pag-IBIG Financing

This financing option is accepted with a minimum downpayment of 20%, 

which may be higher depending on your preferred property. Your 

computation for the required Pag-IBIG equity and terms will be provided by 

your sales agent.

Bank Financing

Loan a minimum 10% downpayment of the Total Contract Price and 90% 

balance through our accredited banks: Banco de Oro (BDO), Security Bank, 

Asia United Bank (AUB), and China Bank—at low interest rates. 

 

We’ll help you every step of the way. Application for bank financing is developer-assisted. All you have to do is submit your requirements 

within 60 days from reservation and complete your downpayment—our team will coordinate and process your bank housing loan.

Eligible age of Borrower

  • Buyer must be at least 21 years old upon reservation
  • For locally employed: Buyer must not exceed 65 years 
    old upon end of loan
  • For OFWs: Buyer must not exceed 65 years old upon end 
    of loan

Eligible age of Borrower

  • Buyer and/or spouse must not have any history of cancelled credit cards
  • Buyer and/or spouse must not have any history of unpaid loans from any 
    financial institution
  • Buyer and/or spouse must not have any pending legal case
  • Buyer must not be separated from spouse unless legally annulled

Credit and legal history

  • Buyer must be employed on a regular basis and able to submit the Proof 
    of Income requirements.
  • For OFWs:
    • Buyer must not be employed as a caregiver or helper
    • Buyer must not be working within war-torn countries
  • For self-employed buyers: Must be able to provide permits, ITR with 
    financial statements, and bank statements
